Logging in to the AAPS Sever System:Staff
(formerly known as the XSAN)
In the Finder, click the Go menu and select Connect to Server
(or you can use the keyboard shortcut Apple K)
In the Connect to Server window that appears, type in the appropriate server name
Note: For your personal server space, if your last name begins with A-K log into emerald, if your name begins with L-Z log in to sapphire.
Enter your user name and password and click connect
** If you don’t know your password, please create a help desk ticket
Choose your name and click okay
Your server space will mount on your desktop, double click on the icon to open
AAPS has four types of server space
